Cancellation and transfer policy

PLEASE NOTE

Cancellations less than 48 hours before your scheduled class, incur a fee of 50% of the booking cost. No shows are responsible for 100% of booking fees.

Although extremely unlikely, in the event that a class is cancelled or re-scheduled, a future booking date will be offered or a refund will be submitted.

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

All reservations are deemed confirmed once payment is received in full. You will also receive a confirmation email. Reservations must be paid for at the time of booking but please feel free to contact us.

What about dietary requirements?

We do our very best to accommodate certain dietary requirements; however, it is sometimes not possible with every dish. Please email any dietary restrictions to us at the time of your booking, well in advance of your booking date.

Note that we cannot accommodate the below allergies & diets:
– No fructose
– No chilli
– No peanut
– No onion, garlic , Low Fodmap diet.

Can I bring a camera?

You are welcome to bring a camera. We request that you use discretion and consider other participants privacy if taking photographs.

Jungle Fowl and Oaks Kitchen and Garden reserves the right to revoke this permission at any time without notice and at their sole discretion.

 

Can I bring Kids?

We do not have high chairs/booster seats but you are welcome to bring your own

Banquets Bookings:

Please advise us at time of booking if you would like to bring children and or prams with you and note we do not have a separate kids menu. As space is limited in our restaurant, we reserve the right to use our discretion accepting or rejecting bookings based on the best experience we can offer all our guests.

Bar:

We would love to invite you to our bar section where we offer a casual a la carte menu with shared seating. Our staff will happily advise which items on our ever-changing menu are more ‘kid friendly’.

 

Can I bring a friend to watch? *cooking classes only

Sorry but no. Only confirmed guests that have paid for a booking may attend. You are most welcome to come with a friend or partner; however, they will need to register and pay for their booking.

Do I need to bring anything? *cooking classes only

No need as aprons, ingredients and all utensils are provided. There is no need for you to bring anything.

 

What do I wear? *cooking classes only

Please wear appropriate and comfortable clothing with closed shoes. We are not responsible for any injury or accident that may happen while on the property.

If you are dining with us at Jungle Fowl, please wear whatever you would like!
