About Us
Jungle Fowl was launched in ’22 by the famed team behind Oaks Kitchen & Garden: Benjamin Wallace & Rachael Boon with the help of their long time collaborator Chrissie Cosgrove. This trio set their sites on bringing a fun, casual venue to the restaurant strip in Port Douglas. The food speaks for itself: a Thai influence (with some boarder crossings here and there) with an emphasis on using amazing local produce, served amongst the bright, mural-covered walls (thanks to Rachael Boon herself).
Jungle Fowl is an ode to our chickens. On our 4 acre farm in Oak Beach (15 minutes from Port Douglas) we have a flock of hens tirelessly tending the soil, fertilising, controlling pests and always keeping us company when we garden. The name Jungle Fowl is a way of honouring their priceless contribution to our farm.

Pre-bookings only. Set Chef’s Table Lunch 9 Course – $145/pp
